Creamy Sweet Potato Dip

sweet potato dipIngredients

2 large sweet potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic, dried
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp dill, dried
1/2 tsp chives, dried
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

1/2 tbsp lemon juice




1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and puree smooth. (May take 2-3 minutes)

2. Take it out in a serving bowl and serve at room temperature or chilled with your favorite veggies or crackers.
